Sow seed in deep cells 8 to 10 weeks before last frost or direct sow as soon as soil can be worked. Transplant out about 4 weeks before last frost. Sweet Peas enjoy getting established while the soil is still cool and are quite frost tolerant. Provide support for vines to climb.
